Modern Splash offers customers a 3-5 days FREE standard delivery service to most of the UK postcodes
Note: Additional delivery fees will apply to the following locations: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Orkney;
Processing Time:
In stock orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 days of payment confirmation. unless subject to a longer lead time
Please note that during peak season or promotional periods, processing times may vary.
How will my order be shipped?
We offer standard delivery for all orders.
Orders will be sent using a carrier and delivery service of our choice.
Depending upon the product and order size the order may be delivered ‘to door’ as individual parcels or 'kerbside' on a pallet.
Parcels are usually delivered to your door. If no one is available at the specified address to collect the parcel, the parcel delivery driver may leave the parcel with a neighbor, in a safe place or deliver it to a local collection point; whether it is a local warehouse or store.
When the number of items on the order is large, delivery efficiency can be improved by pallet service
Pallets are delivered to an accessible curbside location on solid ground close to the delivery address.
Delivery time:
Your order will be shipped between the 3rd and 5th days. Most orders are delivered to your delivery address in as little as 3 days.
Note: Deliveries to remote areas in Scotland and the isles surrounding the UK may require a slightly longer delivery time. Deliveries are only made on weekdays. Deliveries are not usually made on bank holidays, so please allow extra time for your order to arrive at these times, especially during Easter and Christmas. If you require a special delivery service, charges will apply
Delivery address:
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible if the order is delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
Here are some suggestions about your delivery information:
Suggestion 1: Please leave your most effective contact number, more than 70% of orders are not accepted due to leaving invalid or wrong contact numbers.
Suggestion 2: Make sure your address is correct, if you are not at home, please give yourself an option, you can leave a note on your doorstep to tell the delivery driver, where can we leave it? In your back garden or garage/porch/neighbor...etc., this is to ensure that you have a backup option for a successful delivery.
3. We will notify you of the delivery by SMS one day in advance, so your best contact mobile number is a key part of the delivery, the courier will call you 30 to 90 minutes before arrival
4. Some things you need to know about delivery:
A, delivery may be delayed due to road or other conditions, but we will notify you in time.
B, delivery is 8 hours a day, we cannot accurately tell the driver when to arrive at your place.
C. You must sign for your order. If you are not there, please let us know where to leave it or put a note at your front door to inform the courier, but by doing so, the risk of damage or theft will be borne by you.
D. The courier will only help to move your order to your front door or garage/garden. Please communicate with the courier face to face for any special space.
E. Changing your delivery address is not allowed while the driver is on the way to you. We may help you deliver it to another location, but it is usually 5 miles or 15 minutes away from your original delivery address.
Damaged or lost goods:
If your order is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
We will work with the transport company to resolve the problem promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
Planning ahead:
Do NOT schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary. We are extremely pro-active at resolving any problems which occur but we are not liable for any tradesman costs or compensation in any way..
