Modern Splash provides customer a free 3 to 5working days delivery service to most of the United Kingdom areas, but remote areas including Scotlands which outside Glasgow and Edinburg, off shore Islands and  North of Ireland are all apply to delivery charges, regarding delivery charges please contact us by email: admin@modernsplash.co.uk

Delivery procedure:

1.Once your payment is cleared to our account, we will process your order in 24hrs,if you need any faster delivery service, this is chargeable service. please contact us by:

2.Also, in this 24hrs, your order will be picking by our order pickers and allocate to courier

3.Your order will be shipped out to you in 3rd working days to 5th working days. most of the orders only takes 3working days delivery to your shipping address. 

Before paying for your order, please make sure you leave us your best valid contact number and correct clear shipping address, some advices for your shipping information:

Advice 1: Leave us your best valid contact number, over 70% orders are can't be accepted by the reason of leaving an invalid or wrong contact number.

Advice2:Make sure your address is correct and give yourself an option if you are not at home, you can leave us note on your front to tell delivery driver, where we can leave it? in your back garden or garage/porch/neighbor......etc, this is to make sure you have a back up option for delivery successfully. 

Advice3:For exchange order, you must make sure the return item is protected by a packaging or wrapped by packaging, otherwise, no courier will take it and no collection then no delivery.

5.Some situations you need to know about delivery:

   E,Not allowed to change your delivery address when the driver has been on his way to you, we may help you to deliver it to another location just no normal than 5miles away or 15minutes away from your original delivery address.
